Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a DHA/DOH/MOH licensed ENT surgeon to expand an outpatient practice in Dubai. The role offers a strong referral network, a well-supported HealthHub environment, and opportunities for professional development.

Required are at least 5 years post-specialist UAE experience, proven outpatient ENT procedures, and excellent patient engagement. English fluency is essential; Arabic is advantageous. 5‑day workweek with health insurance and life assurance.

Qualifications

• DHA/DOH/MOH licensed ENT surgeon.
• Minimum 5 years post-specialist experience.
• UAE clinical experience required.
• Strong outpatient ENT experience.
• Experience performing outpatient ENT procedures independently.
• Excellent patient engagement skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a patient following.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage chronic and recurrent ENT disorders.
• Treat sinus disease and allergic rhinitis.
• Address hearing disorders, vertigo, and voice disorders.
• Care for paediatric ENT and upper airway conditions.
• Develop and maintain a strong patient referral base.
