The role supports HealthHub Clinics across Dubai by providing specialist consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, minor procedures, patient follow‑up, and multidisciplinary care for a wide range of ear, nose, throat, sinus, hearing, voice, and upper airway conditions. This position is designed for a DHA licensed or DHA eligible ENT specialist who can work across multiple outpatient clinic locations, manage both routine and complex cases, and contribute to safe, ethical, and patient‑focused specialist care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist ENT consultations for patients with acute, chronic, and recurring ear, nose, throat, sinus, voice, hearing, and related conditions.
• Assess patients in an outpatient clinic environment and create practical treatment plans based on clinical findings, diagnostic results, and patient needs.
• Diagnose and manage routine and complex ENT cases using evidence‑based medical standards and approved clinical protocols.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging results, audiology reports, and other diagnostic investigations required for ENT care.
• Prescribe suitable medications, therapies, procedures, and follow‑up plans while ensuring safe and ethical medical practice.
• Perform minor ENT procedures in an outpatient setting when appropriate and within the approved clinical scope.
• Provide independent specialist opinions and support patients with clear explanations about diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care.
• Work closely with general practitioners, nurses, allied health professionals, and other specialists to support smooth referral pathways.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records for consultations, procedures, prescriptions, referrals, and follow‑up care.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, service development initiatives, and departmental knowledge sharing.
• Support mentoring and medical education within the clinical team when required.

Ideal Profile

• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Recognized ENT specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH.
