Job summary

Al-Futtaim Health in Dubai is seeking an experienced Specialist ENT Surgeon to manage a varied outpatient caseload across HealthHub Clinics. You will build a patient-following with multidisciplinary support and ongoing professional engagement.

Applicants must be licensed by DHA/DOH/MOH with at least five years of post-specialist experience. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous for engaging with Dubai’s diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Specialist ENT Surgeon with DHA/DOH/MOH license and UAE experience.
• Minimum of five years post-specialist experience in ENT, with outpatient practice.
• Fluent English; Arabic language ability is advantageous for diverse Dubai patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute, chronic, and recurrent ENT conditions.
• Provide evidence-based care for sinus disease, allergies, hearing disorders, vertigo, and voice issues.
• Perform outpatient ENT procedures independently and safely.
• Coordinate referrals with primary care and other specialists; maintain documentation.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, outcomes, and follow-up needs.
• Develop a sustainable patient following through consistent, high-quality care.
