Al-Futtaim Health in Dubai is seeking an experienced Specialist ENT Surgeon to manage a varied outpatient caseload across HealthHub Clinics. You will build a patient-following with multidisciplinary support and ongoing professional engagement.

Applicants must be licensed by DHA/DOH/MOH with at least five years of post-specialist experience. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous for engaging with Dubai’s diverse communities.

Role Context

Demand for accessible specialist ENT services continues to grow across Dubai, particularly for chronic sinus conditions, allergies, hearing concerns, vertigo, voice disorders, paediatric cases, and upper-airway problems. This role will expand the specialist services available through Al-Futtaim Health 's outpatient clinic network. Referrals from family medicine, general practice, internal medicine, paediatrics, pulmonology, dermatology, and allied health teams will support continuity of care and patient-base development. The Specialist ENT Surgeon will provide evidence-based assessment, treatment, procedures, and follow-up within a modern multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute, chronic, and recurrent ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Provide evidence-based care for sinus disease, allergic rhinitis, hearing disorders, vertigo, and voice conditions.
• Evaluate and treat paediatric ENT and upper-airway presentations within approved clinical privileges.
• Perform appropriate outpatient ENT procedures independently and safely.
• Review diagnostic findings and establish individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
• Explain diagnoses, available treatments, expected outcomes, and continuing-care requirements clearly to patients.
• Coordinate referrals and shared-care plans with primary-care physicians and other specialists.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
• Build a sustainable patient following through dependable care and professional engagement.
• Identify cases requiring hospital-based assessment, surgery, or additional specialist intervention.
• Follow applicable UAE licensing requirements, clinical governance standards, and patient-safety procedures.
• Contribute to clinical quality, service development, and multidisciplinary case coordination.
• Maintain current professional knowledge through continuing medical education and evidence-based practice.

Ideal Profile

Applicants must be licensed as a Specialist ENT Surgeon by the DHA, DOH, formerly HAAD, or MOH. A minimum of five years of post-specialist experience is required, together with current or previous UAE clinical experience. The successful candidate will have substantial outpatient ENT experience and the ability to perform relevant clinic-based procedures independently. Confidence managing a broad case mix, maintaining clinical quality, and developing a loyal patient base is essential. Fluent English communication and excellent patient-engagement skills are required. Arabic language ability is highly advantageous, particularly when communicating with patients and families from diverse communities across Dubai.
