Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an Admissions Assistant to manage leads, convert enquiries, and support the end-to-end enrolment journey for prospective families. The role includes coordinating events, tours, and communications with parents, as well as collaborating with the Marketing team and school leadership to drive recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Respond to new enquiries within one working day, arrange admissions meetings with leadership.
• Coordinate admissions events, tours and recruitment activities with School Leaders.
• Maintain and update parent enquiry databases and admissions records.
• Provide reception cover and support general school administration.
• Prepare and contribute to weekly KPI, capacity, enrolment and admissions pipeline reports.
• Analyse admissions data and provide recommendations to improve recruitment performance.
