Job summary

International Schools Partnership (ISP) UAE is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the end-to-end enrolment journey for prospective families. You will lead enquiries, schedule meetings with the Principal, and coordinate with the Registrar and Finance teams to convert offers into enrolments.

The role requires outstanding customer service, data management, and collaboration with Marketing and School Leaders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Respond to new enquiries within one working day.
• Coordinate admissions meetings with the Principal or Head of School.
• Liaise with families through the admissions process.
• Prepare KPI, capacity, enrolment reports.
• Provide reception cover when required.
