Job summary

Jumeirah is seeking a dedicated Technician for Zabeel House The Greens in Dubai. The role focuses on managing and maintaining marina infrastructure, including water and sewage systems, electrical and safety systems, and coordinated external maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with a relevant technical qualification, plus at least one year in a technical department and a solid mechanical background.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with any relevant technical diploma.
• 1 year of experience in the technical department is required.
• Mechanical background is essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Control all technical elements in marina infrastructure (sewage, water, electrical power, lighting).
• Ensure correctness of systems for seawater circulation, substations, pump stations and related facilities.
• Organize disposal of dangerous waste with an authorized company.
• Coordinate external maintenance services for marina infrastructure and support budgeting.
• Check marina safety equipment and systems for compliance.
• Archive project and technical documentation required for investments and maintenance.
