Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Sales Manager – Staffing (Engineering Division) in Dubai to lead client acquisition and account growth across engineering disciplines. You will build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams to win contracts for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing/recruitment, ideally within engineering, industrial, or technical sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and growing new business.
• Experience using CRM/ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Salesforce, JobDiva, or similar).
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client accounts in the engineering staffing sector.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with recruitment to ensure job orders are filled accurately and timely.
• Maintain relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
• Present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews to leadership.
