Job summary

Jobsatdubai is looking for an Engineering Shift Leader in the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on the maintenance and planning of hotel facilities to ensure serviceability and minimize disruption. Candidates must hold a certification in Maintenance Engineering or a related technical field and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.

Responsibilities include conducting operational tasks, enhancing service recovery, and effective communication with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance of Hotel assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all operational tasks in the Engineering department in line with required service standards and procedures.
• Go the extra mile where you can.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.
