Job summary

AccorHotel is seeking a seasoned leader to manage Property Operations and Engineering budgets. You will oversee the Engineering team, ensure the physical plant runs safely and efficiently, and drive preventive maintenance while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, keeping records, and directing staff to deliver exceptional guest service and compliant, high-quality facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Computer skills and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the complete Engineering team and manages the physical plant.
• Maintains equipment for optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
• Establishes a rooms maintenance program and budgets.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Reviews and improves energy, water and life-safety systems.
• Handles guest issues and empowers staff to deliver service.
• Monitors profitability and controls expenses within budget.
