Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Project Specialist to support planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and control of projects within the Project Management Department. The role blends strong technical engineering with practical project management and project controls capabilities to deliver on time and within budget.

You will interface between clients, internal technical teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable activities and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related tech field.
• Experience in managing projects.
• Budgeting and cost estimation knowledge.
• Ability to assess project risks and value realization.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract award through to completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Resolve project issues and support timely delivery.
• Understand client technical, operational, and contractual requirements.
• Review SOWs, specifications, drawings, and contractual documentation.
• Act as the interface between clients, engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with scope and requirements.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost variances.
