Job summary

Henkel is seeking an entry-level Engineer to join the Engineering & Maintenance team in a manufacturing setting. You will support preventive maintenance planning, assist with engineering projects, and help troubleshoot equipment issues on-site.

The role suits fresh graduates with 0–2 years of experience and a strong interest in maintenance, plant operations, and process improvements. Excellent English skills and MS Office proficiency are required; SAP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience.
Interest in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, process or chemical environments.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Support preventive maintenance planning and activities using SAP.
Get hands-on exposure to engineering projects from planning to execution and commissioning.
Assist troubleshooting and finding root causes of recurring equipment failures.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
Support spare parts management and monitor inventory levels.
Assist calibration planning, records, certificates, and coordination.
Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and data analysis.
Contribute to continuous improvement across Engineering & Maintenance.
Ensure activities align with HSE and Life Saving Rules.
