Job summary

Henkel in Dubai is seeking a fresh graduate or early-career engineer to join the Engineering & Maintenance team. You will support preventive maintenance planning, participate in engineering projects from planning through commissioning, and assist with troubleshooting and calibration coordination.

The role emphasizes hands-on plant operations exposure, collaboration with contractors, and data-driven reporting while adhering to HSE and Life Saving Rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Interest in Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Industrial, Process or Chemical environments.
• Strong attention to detail with technical documentation and calibration data.
• Advanced English communications and collaboration with internal teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance planning and maintenance activities using SAP.
• Get hands-on exposure to engineering projects from planning to execution and commissioning.
• Support troubleshooting activities and identify root causes of recurring equipment failures.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Support spare parts management and monitor critical inventory and stock levels.
• Assist with calibration planning, records, certificates, and coordination.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and data analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Engineering & Maintenance.
• Ensure all activities follow HSE and Life Saving Rules.
