Job summary

Henkel is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Junior professional in Dubai to turn technical knowledge into hands-on plant experience. You will support preventive maintenance using SAP, participate in projects from planning to commissioning, and help troubleshoot equipment issues.

The role suits fresh graduates with an engineering degree who are eager to grow in maintenance, manufacturing, and process environments, with strong attention to documentation, calibration, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance planning and maintenance activities using SAP.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Support spare parts management and monitor critical inventory levels.

What you´ll do

• Support preventive maintenance planning and maintenance activities using SAP.


• Get hands-on exposure to engineering projects, from planning through execution and commissioning.


• Support troubleshooting activities and help identify root causes of recurring equipment failures.


• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.


• Support spare parts management and monitor critical inventory and stock levels.


• Assist with calibration planning, records, certificates, and coordination.
