Job summary

Henkel is seeking an entry-level Engineer to join the Engineering & Maintenance team in a manufacturing setting. You will support preventive maintenance planning, assist with engineering projects, and help troubleshoot equipment issues on-site.

The role suits fresh graduates with 0–2 years of experience and a strong interest in maintenance, plant operations, and process improvements. Excellent English skills and MS Office proficiency are required; SAP exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance planning and activities using SAP.
• Get hands-on exposure to engineering projects from planning to execution and commissioning.
• Assist troubleshooting and finding root causes of recurring equipment failures.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Support spare parts management and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist calibration planning, records, certificates, and coordination.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and data analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across Engineering & Maintenance.
• Ensure activities align with HSE and Life Saving Rules.

What You´ll Do

• Support preventive maintenance planning and maintenance activities using SAP.
