Job summary

Henkel is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Junior professional in Dubai to turn technical knowledge into hands-on plant experience. You will support preventive maintenance using SAP, participate in projects from planning to commissioning, and help troubleshoot equipment issues.

The role suits fresh graduates with an engineering degree who are eager to grow in maintenance, manufacturing, and process environments, with strong attention to documentation, calibration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Fresh graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in field-based and office-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance planning and maintenance activities using SAP.
• Gain hands-on exposure to engineering projects from planning through execution and commissioning.
• Assist with troubleshooting and identify root causes of recurring equipment failures.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Support spare parts management and monitor critical inventory levels.
• Assist with calibration planning, records, certificates, and coordination.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and data analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in Engineering & Maintenance.
• Ensure all activities adhere to HSE and Life Saving Rules.
