Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments using telecommunications to respond to maintenance requests and to mark rooms out of order for repairs.
• Schedule with other departments during major system shutdowns or repairs.
• Maintain purchase orders log and file purchase orders upon payment; ensure orders match packing slips.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and assist guests as needed; provide clear written communications.
