Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years PQE in private practice with major construction projects.
• Law degree graded at least 2:1.
• Experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts.
• Willingness to work on UAE/English law matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate construction contracts and consultancy appointments.
• Provide advice on contractual risks and interpretation.
• Support Abu Dhabi practice development and training for trainees.
• Maintain client relationships across Middle East projects.
