Job summary

Innovo Group is seeking an Energy Lead to head the Construction Energy Team in Dubai. You will drive delivery of temporary power, energy optimisation, monitoring and innovation across INNOVO projects, managing cross-functional coordination and reporting to the Energy Manager.

The role requires 8+ years in GCC contracting, strong technical expertise in renewable energy systems, and fluency in English. You will oversee a small technical team and contribute to value engineering and continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, solar energy, or related field.
8+ years of experience in established GCC contracting companies.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, solar hybrid solutions and energy-efficiency technologies.
Knowledge of HSE standards and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 requirements.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and develop the Energy Engineering Team.
Plan and prioritize team activities to meet project requirements.
Manage temporary power studies, construction energy optimization and energy audits.
Review and approve technical deliverables for the Energy Manager.
Monitor energy consumption and identify efficiency opportunities.
Coordinate with Project Teams, Plant, Procurement, Tendering and Sustainability teams.
Produce monthly energy reports, dashboards and KPI summaries.
