Job summary

Innovo Group's energy division seeks a senior leader to head the Energy Construction function across GCC projects, driving energy optimisation, temporary power systems, and sustainability initiatives throughout the construction phase.

You will develop strategy, KPIs, and lead the Energy Team, collaborating with Design, Operations, Plant, Procurement and Tendering to reduce energy use, costs and carbon emissions while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 13–15 years' experience in GCC construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency technologies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of energy monitoring and fuel optimization.
• Experience implementing ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Construction Energy Management Strategy across all projects.
• Lead and develop the Construction Energy Team with performance management.
• Oversee planning and optimization of temporary power systems and facilities.
• Lead evaluation of innovative technologies to improve energy efficiency.
• Provide strategic support to Tendering, Design, Procurement, Plant and Projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor energy performance, cost savings and sustainability initiatives.
