Job summary

Brink's in Dubai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the UAE and support regional hiring initiatives. You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure governance and compliance.

You will own the Workday Recruitment module, manage requisitions, offers, onboarding, and recruitment analytics, while building strong relationships with agencies and partners to enable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in regulated industries.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding with excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
• Support regional hiring initiatives and ensure consistent recruitment practices.
• Own recruitment governance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels and coordinate interviews and offers.
