Job summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator at TASC Outsourcing to support day-to-day operations including order processing, inventory coordination, logistics, supplier follow-up and shipment tracking. The ideal candidate will collaborate across procurement, logistics, warehouse and internal business teams to maintain smooth flows and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement Coordination, or Order Management.
Knowledge of purchase orders, inventory, shipping, and delivery coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities from order placement through delivery.
Monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
Track inventory levels and support stock availability planning.
Prepare periodic reports on stock, delivery performance, and outstanding orders.
Update ERP systems with order, inventory, and shipment information.
