Job summary

Exotic Colors By MAYSARi is a UAE-based retail and distribution group with multiple brands and 30 branches. We seek two Supply Chain Coordinators to manage day-to-day procurement logistics, PO creation, supplier payments, and system operations across ERPLY and Zoho.

You will work under the Supply Chain Supervisor, handling cross-brand procurement, shipping, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement logistics or supply chain administration in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of import logistics in the UAE and related documentation.
• Hands-on ERP/POS back office experience (ERPLY is an advantage) and Zoho apps.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supplier follow-up across entities.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers with warehouse and branches.
• Request, compare and book freight for international shipments; prepare shipping documents.
