• Manage key customer accounts from order creation through delivery and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinate order entry and monitor progress using internal systems with planning, operations and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships and handle questions or conflicts calmly and solution-oriented.
• Ensure a consistent professional experience throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements and participate in projects to increase efficiency, structure, and service quality.
• Translate operational and customer insights into concrete improvements and take ownership of initiatives across the organization.
