Job summary

Agthia Group is seeking a Full-Cycle Grain Chartering & Operations Specialist in Abu Dhabi. You will own the grain freight lifecycle from vessel sourcing and fixing through loading, voyage, discharge and final settlement, collaborating with suppliers, ports and agents to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

This role requires 8+ years in dry bulk chartering with grain logistics, strong GAFTA/FOSFA knowledge, and proficiency in Veson IMOS and voyage tools; a maritime background is highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in dry bulk chartering, grain logistics.
• Experience managing vessel lifecycle from sourcing to final settlement.
• Maritime education and sailing experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end grain freight process from sourcing to final settlement.
• Fix vessels, negotiate terms, load, navigate voyage and discharge operations.
• Manage load/ discharge ports, inspections, NOR, cargo docs and tracking.
