Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels Abu Dhabi, part of the Accor network, seeks a Reservation Agent to be the primary contact for guests from inquiry to booking. You will deliver professional service, manage calls, emails, and online requests, and help optimize revenue with upselling.

The role requires 1 year in hospitality, fluent English (Arabic a plus), strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with reservation systems such as Opera.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality reservations.
Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication."
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer apps.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a willingness to learn.

Provide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requests
Ensure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferences
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns
Maintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise information
Demonstrate thorough understanding of the property's policies, procedures, and services
Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service
