Job summary

Novotel & ibis Balikpapan is seeking a friendly Laundry Attendant to ensure that all linen, towels and uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and handled with care to support a seamless guest experience.

You will work on site in a fast-paced hotel and take initiative to add a personalized experience for guests, while protecting their privacy and belongings and delivering exceptional service.

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Laundry Attendant, you will ensure that all linen, towels, and uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and handled with care, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality to support a seamless and memorable guest experience.
