Job summary

Luminare Health, a subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), is seeking a claims specialist to resolve complex health insurance issues for clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in claims processing, ERISA/DOL familiarity, SPD interpretation, and strong MS Excel/Word skills; Bachelor's degree preferred. The role emphasizes problem solving and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in claims processing or health insurance.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and DOL regulations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
