We are seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to manage onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing provider engagement in the UAE market. You will coordinate end-to-end onboarding, deliver training, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations to optimize processes while maintaining

• 3+ years in provider relations, provider services, or health plan operations.
• Proficiency with provider portals and CRM/case management tools.
• Solid Excel/Sheets capability.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned providers and conduct regular touchpoints.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including portal registration, EFT setup, and credentialing.
• Deliver provider training on program policies, billing requirements, and operations.
• Resolve escalated provider issues related to claims, credentialing, and portal access.
• Promote portal features and self-service workflows to drive EFT adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations to improve processes.
• Maintain dashboards for satisfaction, onboarding timeliness, and SLA compliance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations to improve processes
• Maintain dashboards for satisfaction, onboarding timeliness, and SLA compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years in provider relations, provider services, or health plan operations
• Proficiency with provider portals and CRM/case management tools
• Solid Excel/Sheets capability
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting federal or government-sponsored healthcare programs
• Familiarity with claims operations, EDI, and credentialing requirements
• Lean/Six Sigma or project management credential (e.g., Green Belt, PMP)
