Ideal candidates have five+ years in claims processing, ERISA/DOL familiarity, SPD interpretation, and strong MS Excel/Word skills; Bachelor's degree preferred. The role emphasizes problem solving and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in claims processing or health insurance.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and DOL regulations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Resolve claim and customer service issues initiated by clients or Client Management.
• Research and resolve issues.
• Recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Communicate with clients, Operations, and Client Management.
• Track and monitor issues.
