Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an ER Specialist in Dubai to drive employee relations across the organization. You will implement escalation processes, advise on ER policies, investigate concerns, and ensure outcomes comply with UAE labour laws while upholding Al-Futtaim values.

You will develop and maintain ER policies, run awareness programs, train staff and managers, and report on KPIs to support a fair, ethical workplace. A HR or Employment Law degree with GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or Employment Law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local regulations.
• Proven experience in employee relations and policy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely advice on ER issues, policies, local labor practices, and compliance risk.
• Conduct investigations into ethics violations and Speak Up cases.
• Mediate conflicts and ensure impartial, confidential handling of grievances.
• Recommend corrective and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
• Translate and communicate ER programs and strategies during hearings.
• Ensure ER policies are current and compliant with laws and policy standards.
• Develop SOPs, SLAs, and lean ER processes.
• Monitor ER KPIs and report on Speak Up performance.
