Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a data-driven analyst to support the Sales Operations team by analyzing data across sales, collections, broker activity, and customer transactions. You will turn data into actionable insights and develop reports and presentations for leadership decisions.

You will build dashboards, monitor key metrics, ensure data accuracy across CRM systems, identify gaps, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams to drive improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling).
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Ability to create clear, structured data presentations.

Responsibilities
