Job summary

Reliance Career Opportunities seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth in Dubai. You will present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, build tailored solutions, and manage key accounts. This role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proven sales track record.

You will also develop relationships, meet targets within timelines, and provide regular progress updates to the Sales Manager. UAE market experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to provide tailored solutions.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
