Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Dubai is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. You will support senior professionals in executing transactions, conducting market research, and providing analytical support for investment decisions across the Middle East and North Africa region.

You will build and maintain financial models, prepare investment materials, and assist with due diligence and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Strong academic performance with quantitative aptitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Good PowerPoint skills to create professional presentations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research across the MENA real estate sectors and analyze trends.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for investments and acquisitions.
• Assist in preparation of investment memorandums, marketing materials, and deal documentation.
• Support client and investor relations with presentations and data.
• Maintain transaction databases and generate reports for internal and client use.
