Job summary

JLL Dubai is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join its Capital Markets team. You will support senior professionals across market research, financial modeling, and transaction execution in the Middle East & North Africa region.

Responsibilities include building models, preparing investment memos, coordinating due diligence, and presenting insights to internal teams and clients. Recent graduates with strong quantitative skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling and data manipulation.
Strong PowerPoint skills for professional presentations.
Familiarity with NPV, IRR, cap rates, and debt structuring.
Knowledge of Argus or similar real estate modeling software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research on real estate sectors across the MENA region.
Build and maintain detailed financial models for property investments and portfolios.
Assist in preparation of investment memorandums and due diligence materials.
Coordinate deal execution and liaise with legal advisors and other parties.
Prepare client presentations and investor updates.
