Job summary

The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality emergency care, managing resources and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory standards while developing the team and leading quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the five stages of the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, evaluation).
• Ability to manage meetings effectively and drive quality governance.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements.
• Strong cost management and resource planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
• Ensure evidence-based patient care practices per clinical standards.
• Develop employees to improve patient experiences and engagement.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical resources cost-effectively.
