Job summary
Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Nursing Manager to lead the nursing team in delivering safe, high-quality emergency care and exceptional patient experience. You will drive operational efficiency, staff engagement, and adherence to clinical standards within a trauma-informed environment.
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, trauma-related certification (TNCC/ATCN), and 3–5 years of senior A&E experience, with 5–10 years in emergency nursing
Qualifications
- 3–5 years senior-level accident & emergency nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital
- 5–10 years senior-level experience in emergency nursing
- Previous trauma centre or emergency department management experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the nursing team
- Ensure evidence-based patient care practices follow clinical standards
- Foster positive patient experiences by developing staff and enhancing team engagement
- Manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources cost-effectively to ensure safe patient care
- Monitor and manage compliance with regulatory and clinical standards to drive continuous quality improvement
