Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager – Busbar EMEA to lead AME for the Busbar product line across EMEA, including UAE (RAK) and Burnfoot, Ireland. The role drives NPDI readiness, automation roadmap, and capacity planning to support launches and growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong lean and project management skills, and the ability to lead across sites with clear governance and KPI discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in advanced manufacturing/industrialization.
• Experience with NPDI, prototype builds, automation, CAPEX.
• Lean manufacturing and process optimization knowledge.
• Ability to travel within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead AME for Busbar across EMEA, incl. UAE and Ireland.
• Own NPDI readiness and launches with manufacturing readiness.
• Develop automation roadmap and capacity planning.
• Standardize processes, layouts, tooling, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Eng, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Provide updates to EMEA leadership on readiness and risks.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulations.
