Job summary

Abbott in the UAE (Dubai) is seeking an EMEA Demand Manager to lead regional demand planning and S&OP processes within the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division. The role focuses on developing regional forecasts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering accurate insights for business reviews.

You will drive demand forecasting for SKUs, manage KPI tracking, and lead the regional Demand Consensus to align with financial goals.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the region preferably from medical devices/ Diagnostics industry.
• Able to navigate in a cross functional environment.
• Ability to anticipate risks and develop mitigation plan.
• Solution oriented and organized with good attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and report EMEA KPIs and S&OP actions.
• Develop country/regional sales forecast by SKU (rolling 12–24 months) using modelling tools.
• Lead the regional BU Demand Consensus and S&OP Review meetings.
• Oversee forecasting process, tasks, and reporting; support in commercial reviews and ad hoc analysis.
