Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within the retail industry.
• Proven experience managing global demand planning operations.
• Expertise in demand planning methodologies, statistical modeling, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global demand planning strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of demand planning managers, analysts, and specialists across regions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate forecast accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Manage the full demand planning cycle, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather and integrate insights for accurate forecasting.
• Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and customer behavior to predict and manage fluctuations.
• Conduct team performance reviews and create development programs to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, systems, and processes to enhance automation and scalability.
