Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator for the MENA region in the UAE. This fixed-term role supports end-to-end supply chain operations across markets, coordinating with commercial teams, customer service, manufacturing, and distribution partners to ensure OTIF delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in supply chain or related fields, strong analytical and Excel skills, and experience working cross-functionally. UAE national status is required for this position.

Qualifications

  • UAE National (Emirati).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline.
  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, or Business Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end supply chain operations across MENA markets.
  • Coordinate supply requirements between commercial teams, customer service, manufacturing sites, and distribution partners.
  • Monitor order execution to ensure products are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).
  • Track supply constraints, shortages, and risks and proactively communicate mitigation plans.
  • Support regional supply review processes and operational planning activities.
  • Translate commercial requirements into clear supply chain actions.
  • Provide visibility of product availability and supply risks to commercial stakeholders.
  • Support business continuity through timely escalation and coordination of supply issues.
  • Assist with special business opportunities and strategic supply initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in Supply Chain Excellence initiatives.
  • Support implementation of standard work, performance management routines, and process enhancements.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Supply Chain Coordinator-MENA (UAE Nationals only)

This position works out of our UAE location in the Abbott RapidDiagnostics– Infectious Diseases

This is a fixed term contract role for 1 year

What You’ll Do-
Supply Chain Coordination & Execution

Required Qualifications
