Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader for the EMEA region, focusing on the Data Center segment. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on offer management to ensure market needs drive portfolio execution.

Location preference is UK, Ireland, Western Europe, and Dubai. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in related roles, fluent English, and deep power systems knowledge. We offer flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10–15 years in Offer Management, Strategy or related roles.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven success in strategy planning, offer management and systems commercialization.
• Knowledge of critical power and data center systems and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Segment Strategy and SP process for the Data Center segment and report on strategic initiatives.
• Define, position and evolve Eaton’s offer portfolio for the segment, including sub-segments and gaps.
• Coordinate with PLMs, regional marketing and global segment direction for end-to-end offer management.
• Develop segment reports, MEMOs, win/loss insights and performance scorecards.
• Drive GTM, pricing, ROI analyses and market launches with cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships and channel strategies to accelerate offer adoption and market reach.
• Align stakeholders to execute strategy, monitor KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
