Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• 10–15 years of experience in Offer Management, Business Development, Product/Segment Strategy, or related commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving growth, market development, and go-to-market initiatives in industrial or energy-related sectors.
• Deep understanding of the electrical power value chain for utility and industrial customers.
• Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, including switchgear, RMUs, protection systems, and power distribution.
• Experience with offer lifecycle management, value-based pricing, portfolio strategy, and go-to-market frameworks.
• Background working with B2B industrial technologies or energy solutions within complex stakeholder environments.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business opportunities.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams.
• Commercially savvy with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

• Lead Segment Strategy for Eaton s Data Center segment, aligning market needs with portfolio strategy.
• Oversee the Strategy Planning process, develop metrics and scorecards to track performance.
• Define segmentation and growth strategy for Utilities and Industrial segments, including sub-segments and priority markets.
• Map sub-segment ecosystems, identify stakeholders, and define system value propositions.
• Represent Eaton as a thought leader in sustainability, digitalization, and power management.
• Develop segment reports and memos with win/loss insights and market dynamics.
• Lead Offer Management with end-to-end roadmap from concept to commercialization.
• Prepare business cases, pricing, ROI analysis, and market launch planning in coordination with regional teams.
• Ensure Offer alignment with Profit Plan commitments and financial objectives.
