Qualifications

• An ‘Outstanding’ teacher with at least 2 years of experience working in an international school.
• The candidate should hold a degree i.e., B.Ed. or a B.A in English or equivalent.
• Qualifications must be attested by the UAE Embassy and MOFA in Dubai and go through the equivalisation process.
• Fluent English speakers available to work from 7 am – 4.30 pm.
• Strong work ethics and commitment to staff & student privacy.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written & oral communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Sponsorship by spouse/father is required as this is a local contract with holidays per academic year]

Responsibilities

• Support & work alongside Teachers planning to support students learning.
• Preparing the learning environment under the direction of the Teacher e.g. preparing classrooms materials, equipment & supplies.
• Monitor, maintain & review records of student progress and provide support based on their needs.
• Support the teachers during field trips, group activities, sports events or other events etc.
• Support specific groups of students in lessons so that they may access learning at their own pace.
