Job summary

Aldar Properties in the United Arab Emirates seeks an accomplished Real Estate Sales Executive with a proven track record to match high-net-worth buyers with premium developments. This role focuses on generating leads, showcasing inventory, and guiding clients through the purchase process.

You will build relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and end buyers, manage contracts and payment plans, and stay updated on market trends, financing options, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Min of 4+ years in residential real estate sales with a track record of sales of 100million AED per annum.
• Solid tenant/customer relationship management experience.
• Significant exposure to GCC and UAE real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and broker databases.
• Showcase available properties to potential buyers and highlight key features.
• Source and connect with potential buyers (Direct or indirect).
• Conduct site visits and prepare presentations.
• Prepare contracts, payment plans, and other documentation for the sales process.
• Develop client database and maintain CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and brokers.
