Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily dining operations, mentor the team, and uphold exceptional member service.

You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to maintain high standards, drive revenue, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and club policies in a luxury setting.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality plus 4–6 years F&B experience, with 1–2 years in supervision, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of restaurant or F&B experience, including 1–2 years in supervisory/leadership capacity.
• Strong leadership and hands-on coaching style.
• Refined member engagement, communication, and service recovery capabilities.
• Good commercial awareness with understanding of revenue, cost control and operational performance.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple service priorities.
• Adaptable, composed, and detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence.
