The role requires proven wealth management experience, a degree for UAE visa, and SCA accreditation within six months. You will collaborate across GBM/GPB, uphold regulatory standards, and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wealth management with a track record in client acquisition.
• Experience managing high-net-worth portfolios (Premier segment).
• Strong knowledge of wealth products and financial planning.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance within wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of ~350 Premier clients and drive income.
• Acquire, develop, and retain high-value Premier relationships.
• Provide wealth planning advice and tailored solutions.
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain HSBC as primary bank.
• Collaborate across GBM/GPB and coach junior RMs.
• Ensure compliance, risk, and operational integrity.
