Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver friendly, professional service to guests while upholding the hotel’s high standards.

You will warmly welcome guests, take orders, present menus, serve food and drinks, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, polished service. Experience in hospitality and strong English communication are preferred, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide attentive F&B service per hotel standards.
• Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare tables and service areas as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of tables and service areas.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Communicate guest feedback to supervisors or managers.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
