Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Reservation Agent for our Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island property. You will handle guest reservations, provide information on rooms and packages, and collaborate across departments to maximize occupancy while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and high standards of hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Russian; other languages a plus.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems; POS is an asset.
• Experience in hotel environment is an asset.
• Proficiency in Windows (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via telephone, email, online channels and other platforms.
• Process individual, group, corporate, and events reservations accurately.
• Provide information on room types, rates, packages and services.
• Upsell room categories, packages and hotel services when appropriate.
• Confirm, modify and cancel reservations per hotel policies.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and payment details in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, Housekeeping and others to meet guest requirements.
• Monitor room availability and rates to support revenue optimization.
• Follow Accor brand standards in guest interactions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints and requests.
• Ensure reservations are documented and payments processed.
• Support with overbookings, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Assist Reservations Manager with daily reports and admin tasks.
• Deliver high level of customer service and positive guest experiences.
