You will assemble electronics, operate equipment, monitor quality, and maintain production records while supporting continuous improvement and adhering to ESD guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assemble electronic components and products on PCBs using manual and automated methods.
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and production targets.
• Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report issues for corrective action.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow ESD protection guidelines.
• Document production data, machine settings, and component usage.
